Course E387 Understanding & Using Real Estate Auctions V
This course is approved by the NH Real Estate Commission For 3 elective credit hrs. It is intended to provide an understanding of how marketing by auction benefits sellers, buyers and Realtors®
You learn the 3 types of auctions, Absolute, Reserve and Minimum Bid as well as the different laws that govern them plus the terms and conditions that may apply. How to work with auction listings in NNEREN is included.
You learn how to represent buyers and sellers at auctions and how to determine which listings may be better sold by auction.
